First up...

Kids Multivitamin Gummies - I especially love all of MaryRuth’s gummy vitamins. These multivitamins are lifesavers with the kids! I find that so often vitamins for kids are full of unnecessary sugar. I get it, they need to taste good. But MaryRuth’s is one of the few brands that have sugar free gummies that actually taste good! My girls ask for them every day. They are also non-GMO, nut free, soy and gluten free, and vegan.

K2 + D3 Calcium Gummies - I give these to the girls on the daily. Vitamin K is often lacking from kiddo’s diets. What is it about kids… they refuse to eat greens?! At least mine do. I give them these gummies in addition to their multivitamin to cover our bases in the vitamin K department. They are in the shape of hearts, which my girls think is the cutest.

Ionic Zinc - This is in liquid form, and it's completely taste free. Totally palatable, even for kids. And I love that it’s so easy for your body to absorb. I take this every day to support my immune system, and I also find that it has an added benefit of keeping my skin healthy and clear. I also give this to the girls anytime they need immune support.

Vitamin C Gummies - I also give these to the girls every day, and sometimes I sneak a couple for myself! They are just so dang tasty.

Organic Liquid Probiotics - I used to take capsules of probiotics and put them in the girls’ water… they were always able to detect the probiotics because of the grainy texture, and would refuse to drink the water. This liquid probiotic has been life changing. It is completely tasteless. It actually tastes exactly like water! I’m able to either mix it into the girls water or just pop it into their mouth and they take it like champs. I also love probiotics in this liquid form for travel!

Dog Liquid Probiotic - Lady Lane needs her probiotics, too! It’s so easy to give to her in this form, and I find that it really helps keep her tummy regular and healthy. Amazing support for her puppy immune system as well!
