In fact, Liz never created a list of foods I couldn't have -- just made me aware of healthier choices and optimal combinations. I now look forward to morning meals that incorporate broccoli sprouts and avocados, quinoa bowls and interesting salads at lunch time and simple salmon sheet pan dinners --- but won't hesitate to order a fabulous burger or lasagna now and then.
