Have you already given up on your new year resolution?
Resolutions and lifestyle goals require a lot of leg work - planning, determination and the will power to keep at it!
Most of my work as a health coach is helping my clients set goals and achieve them.
How? We make a plan!
We set small, achievable goals (instead of sweeping resolutions), and build upon success each week.
I hold my clients accountable to the plan we create.
When their will power dwindles, we refer back to their "why's" list... If you've worked with me, you know what this is. 😘
