A week's worth of ways we used Dandy greens in the Vandy household this week!
They made an appearance on taco night, in salads, smoothies, and we always add them to scrambled eggs! 🌮🥗🥤🥚
Eating these greens raw is best to maintain all their healthy goodness, but wilting into eggs is an easy way to get more greens into your diet on a more regular basis. 🥬
