Anti-Viral Sauteed Greens!

Turned these ingredients from Trader Joe's into ➡️ an amazing, superfood filled, anti-viral side dish!




Here's how:

-Add a tablespoon of coconut oil to the pan.

-Add one chopped onion and cook until soft.

-Add the entire bag of spinach (Or 5-6 ounces of spinach)

-Add half the bag of kale (or 5-6 ounces of chopped kale)

-Add salt and pepper.

-Once the greens are wilted, add in all the cloves from an entire head of roasted garlic.*

-Top with raw broccoli sprouts for an extra superfood punch!


*Pro Tip: I roast a ton of garlic at a time, and keep the garlic heads in my freezer so I always have them on hand. DM me for my fool proof roasted garlic recipe! 🧄
