Digestive Enzymes

Are you bloated? Do you have any "tummy issues"? If you know, you know...
I had an incredibly sensitive stomach myself, until I found digestive enzymes.
Personally, I have to keep a gluten and dairy free diet, because the "tummy issues" I endure after eating dairy and gluten aren't worth it for me.
But sometimes we get "dosed" with ingredients that bother us without even knowing beforehand. Eek!
When I'm having a big holiday meal or eating at a restaurant, I assume I may be "dosed" with gluten or dairy... whether my stomach likes it or not. So before these types of meals, I take my digestive enzymes.
Digestive enzyme supplements to the rescue!
Most of our stomachs don't make all the proper digestive enzymes or the right amount of them. And some of us lack certain digestive enzymes all together. Example: lactose intolerance is caused by lacking the digestive enzyme lactase, which allows the body to properly digest dairy.
If your body doesn't make enough digestive enzymes, it can't digest food well. That means all the "tummy issues"... Ugh.
I have tried TONS of digestive enzyme supplements over the years, but Rainbow Light's Advanced Enzymes are my absolute favorite! I take one before any meal where I might be "dosed" with an ingredient that I know my body has a hard time digesting. My husband swears by these, too.
I even bring them with me on our annual visit to the pumpkin patch so I can eat a slice of pizza with my kids. 😂 I put them in my over-sized purse like a crazy old lady. 😂😂😂 Pumpkin patch, restaurant meals, holidays, take out... these enzymes will help your tummy troubles!
Disclaimer: I'm not a doctor and I don't play one on TV. Always check with your doctor before taking new supplements. K? K!
