Gluten and Dairy Free Breakfast Tacos

Breakfast tacos are my favorite food. There... I said it! I eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 🌮


There is something about a taco that is so satisfying. šŸ˜‹


Mine are always gluten free and dairy free.


If I have some guacamole already made in the fridge, I'll add a dollop. šŸ„‘

Vandy Breakfast Taco Recipe


- Two scrambled eggs

- Two corn tortillas (I also like the gluten free tortillas wraps from @traderjoes or the grain free tortillas from @sietefoods )

- Half an avocado, sliced

- Salt and Pepper

- @sunnycreekfarm broccoli sprouts for greens/sulforaphane 🌱🌱🌱


Y'all know I add raw broccoli sprouts to pretty much everything! They are the richest source of sulforaphane, which is one of the healthiest compounds you can consume.


Additional add ons:

- Fresh lime juice

- Salsa or pico de gallo šŸ…

- Cilantro (amazing chelating agent and detoxifying green!)

- Bacon or sausage (we add this on weekends!) šŸ„“

- Hot sauce šŸŒ¶ļø

- Beans (I love the ranchero beans from @wholefoods or the black beans from @fillosamericasmade)


I won't insult your intelligence by telling you how to make a taco. šŸ˜‚
