Moms Make The Magic Happen

We did it! We made it through Christmas during a Pandemic. 🙌

For parents and especially Moms, Christmas can feel like a marathon… and we’re finally across the finish line. 🏃‍♀️

We work so hard to make this season magical and memorable for our kids. Maybe even more so this year since we’re trying to make up for all the things our kids have missed out on. 💕

If Christmas didn't feel as magical this year… trust me, the kids didn’t notice. They will remember that you were there, that you made them feel loved, and one day they’ll realize you were the Elf that made it all happen. 🤶

It is a gift to have the privilege of orchestrating magic in our children’s lives. It’s hard, it’s thankless, but that’s where the beauty of both Christmas and motherhood is… Giving selflessly, loving unconditionally, and never asking for anything in return. ♥️

It’s hard work. And it can’t happen if you don’t take care of yourself, too. Self care isn’t “me first”.... it’s “me too”... 💕

So, today I hope you let Dad clean up the Christmas mess, and practice some self care - whatever that looks like for you. 💅
