Food is the best medicine. A healthy diet along with healthy lifestyle choices is always the best route to health.
But taking supplements for a bit of insurance along your health journey is never a bad idea. Just make sure you are taking high quality supplements, and get your recommendations from a trusted source.
Below is video of my daily supplement regimen. But supplements are not one size fits all. Just because I take a supplement doesn't mean you should too.
Generally speaking, we can all benefit from a good multivitamin, vitamin D, omega 3, and vitamin C. If you aren't already taking these daily, I'd encourage you to look into them. Feel free to DM me with questions!
Beyond that, every unique individual can benefit from different supplements. Working with a health coach (like me!) or functional medicine practitioner can help you find the best supplement fit for you as an individual, and save you thousands on supplements in the long run.
