My Go To Superfood Greek Salad

Turned these ingredients into ➡️ A nightshade free, super food Greek salad! 🇬🇷


Yesterday I was having a day... A case of the Wednesdays if you will. I did a quick sauna sesh, which always rejuvenates and relaxes me. It also helps me make healthy choices throughout the day. One healthy choice leads to another.


I didn't want a heavy meal afterward, so it was time for a 🥗 for dinner. Since I was having a Wednesday, I took a short cut and used store bought dressing (I usually make my own). I added some grilled chicken, and dinner was served in less than 10 minutes. 🙌🥬🌱🥗🙌


To make:

Combine romaine and arugula as your base.

Add kalamata olives

Add chopped cucumbers

You could add peppers or tomatoes to this, if you can tolerate night shades

Add sheep's milk feta if you can tolerate dairy*

Ya know I obvi had to add my broccoli sprouts! 🌱💃🌱

Toss and enjoy!





Salad possibilities are pretty much endless! 🥗


*P.S. I'm liking this new sheep feta from Trader Joe's! Sheep and goat dairy is much easier for your body to digest than cow!
