Self Care for Pandemic Moms

What are your favorite ways to practice self care?


Self care is more important now than it's ever been! Moms are getting ZERO breaks during this pandemic. Make time for yourself!




Here's my list of my fave ways to safely practice self care during the pandemic:

- Starting my day with 🍋water, then obvs coffee.

- Sweating it out in my sauna. I couldn't live without it! Detoxes, relaxes, and revives me.

- Walking in the sunshine by myself or with a friend. Yesterday on my walk, I listened to the new episode of Brene Brown's podcast - highly recommend! Any movement is self care!

- Driving in the car.by.myself. Can I get an amen? Curbside pickups are the new spa day for Moms.

- Having a quaran-cocktail. 🍸I'll post my fave healthyish cocktail recipes soon! Sometimes it just what you need after a long day of mom life. 💃#noguilt (Extra self care points if you have a gal pal over for socially distanced 🥂)

- Detox tea to cancel out the quaran-cocktails. 🙈 And of course sauna sessions with castor oil over my liver to cancel out all the quaran-wine.

- Yoga with @meredithstarling. Her Thursday virtual deep stretch at 8 pm is the best.

- Snuggling with my girls, @jackvandy77 or Lady Lane!🐾





Just like there's no right or wrong way to be a mom, there's no right or wrong way to practice self-care. Do what you breathes life into you. And make time to do it as often as possible!
