Your health journey doesn't have to be all or nothing.


You don't have to do everything perfectly.


I practice what I preach - the 80/20 rule.


With the 80/20 lifestyle, you make health your top priority in every choice you make about 80% of the time. The other 20% of the time, you can ease up and even indulge.


This plan is so doable, and I share it with all of my clients.


Indulgences aren't off limits. You just become mindful about them, and learn to choose wisely.
