Vandy Super Food Wrap Recipe

This wrap is my go to lunch.🙌
It takes 5 minutes to make, and is incredibly nutritious - packed with some of my fave super foods.🌱🥬
If you don't have all the ingredients, don't stress. Just use what you have!
Ingredients:
Organic chicken (I keep perdue organic chicken breast strips on hand at all times - great short cut)
Hummus
Olives
Arugula
Dandelion greens
Broccoli sprouts
Gluten free wrap (I like the quinoa wraps from Trader Joe's, but feel free to use any wrap if you can tolerate gluten)
Spread your hummus on the wrap. Add the dandelion greens, arugula, chicken, olives and broccoli sprouts. And done! A wrap packed with nutrition and protein. 🙌🌱💃🙌
